Head of Data & AI Practice

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Data \& AI leader to build, scale, and lead a global Data \& AI Practice. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, owning practice P\&L, defining market-leading offerings, leading customer advisory engagements, shaping large transformation deals, and establishing a strong market presence through thought leadership and strategic partnerships

• esOwn and drive the global Data \& AI Practice strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansio
• n.Define and commercialize Data \& AI offerings across Data Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMOp
• s.Lead global go-to-market initiatives, presales strategy, and large deal pursuit
• s.Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officer
• s.Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and leading data and AI technology provider
• s.Build and mentor high-performing global teams across advisory, architecture, presales, and practice management function
• s.Drive innovation, thought leadership, and market positioning through industry engagement, executive workshops, and strategic consulting initiative

s.Mandatory Skills \& Experien

• ce15\+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation, including 5\+ years in Practice Leadership, Business Unit Leadership, or P\&L ownership role
• s.Proven track record of building and scaling Data \& AI practices within consulting, system integration, or technology services organization
• s.Demonstrated success in winning and leading large-scale transformation programs valued between $10M and $100M
• \+.Strong commercial expertise in business development, revenue growth, deal shaping, pricing strategy, and margin managemen
• t.Hands-on background as a Data Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or equivalent technical leadership rol
• e.Deep expertise in modern data architectures including Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Warehousing, and cloud-native data platform
• s.Strong knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, LLMOps, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI adoption framework
• s.Experience with major cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platfor
• m.Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and translate business challenges into technology-driven outcome
• s.Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple regions and culture
