Our client is seeking a visionary leader to head their Engineering \& Facilities function, managing critical infrastructure and leading site-wide engineering initiatives.

Your objectives:

As the Senior Director of Engineering \& Facilities, you will be measured against the

following objectives:

1. Lead and manage a 65-person department delivering 24/7 support across Engineering and Facilities functions.
2. Ensure regulatory compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
3. Own and deliver the site Capital Expenditure Program and long-term infrastructure planning.

What you will do:

As the Senior Director of Engineering \& Facilities, your duties and responsibilities will

include:

· Lead the Engineering \& Facilities department, including Facilities Maintenance, Metrology, Clean Utility, Project Engineering, Validation, and Automation.

· Drive performance and ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and corporate standards.

· Deliver a 5-year capital plan and lead site-wide capital and non-capital projects.

· Develop and retain high-performing teams to meet business objectives.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Quality to maintain operational readiness.

· Ensure Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is kept up to date and effective.

· Represent Engineering \& Facilities on the Site Leadership Team and own key business metrics.

What you will bring:

These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed

as the Senior Director of Engineering \& Facilities:

· Extensive (10\+ years) industrial maintenance experience in a cGMP regulated environment.

· Strong background in capital project management and strategic planning.

· Proven leadership of cross-functional engineering and facilities teams.

· Working knowledge of automation, data systems, HVAC, and clean utilities.

· Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· B.S. in Engineering or Science discipline.

· Understanding of financial drivers behind capital investment and EBITDA.
