Join our global team as Head of Inclusion, ANZ and play a strategic leadership role in shaping our regional inclusion agenda. What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders across People \& Culture, Talent, Risk, Reward, Regulatory teams, Corporate Affairs, Employee Network Groups, and senior business leaders to drive the development and delivery of ANZ inclusion priorities.

The broad regional portfolio spans strategic advisory, culture and employee listening, inclusive talent practices, accessibility and neurodiversity initiatives, regulatory reporting, learning and capability building, Employee Network Groups, governance, and external benchmarking and partnerships. This role requires high collaboration, strong stakeholder management, analytical capability and the ability to translate inclusion priorities into measurable organisational outcomes across a diverse region.

What You Offer

  • Proven track record of leading inclusion, culture or diversity initiatives within a complex corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of ANZ regulatory frameworks and governance requirements.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational delivery, aligning inclusion priorities to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders, executive committees and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging workforce data, employee insights and external benchmarking to inform decision-making.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership and inclusion learning programs.
