Head of Product – Incident Management (Remote)

We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead mission-critical incident management tools used by fire agencies and emergency operations teams during active wildfire and extreme-weather events.

This role is for a product leader with real incident management experience.

You’ll own product strategy and execution for situational awareness and incident response tools that bring real-time weather, fire behavior, and operational intelligence directly to incident commanders, dispatchers, and EOCs.

What you’ll do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for incident management and situational awareness products
• Turn complex weather, fire, and geospatial data into clear, actionable insights for responders
• Partner closely with engineering, science, and customer domain experts
• Work directly with fire agencies and incident management teams to shape real-world workflows
• Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers

What we’re looking for

• 10\+ years in product management, including leadership experience
• Direct experience with incident management, emergency response, or wildfire operations
• Strong understanding of CAD systems and ICS/NIMS workflows
• Experience building real-time, mission-critical software for operational users
