Head of Sales

A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry. They have exploded in the UK market despite being relatively young, and opened their second office in Pompano Beach last year.

Their tool automates all back \& mid-office activities, saving firms heaps of money, time and ensures complete efficiency and accuracy.

They've been expanding quickly, have won some really impressive enterprise clients, and are now looking for a Head of Sales in their Florida office with the potential to be a Country Manager.

The Role

They're looking for a sales leader with high potential, who also loves the thrill of sales and getting stuck in. While this is majorly a leadership position, the role will, especially initially, involve a hands on approach, working closely with the AEs/SDRs to win business and close as well as working closely with the CEO \& UK Lead.

• Working closely with the CEO \& UK Sales Director on growth strategy.
• Managing US sales reps and supporting them to hit quota.
• Leading from the front, getting involved in sales processes.
• Reporting on monthly and quarterly quota.
• Growing the sales team and eventually overseeing the whole of the US team's growth.
