About the opportunity

We are seeking a highly accomplished sales leader to take full ownership of our sales team. This is a senior, strategic role at the core of our business — you will not simply manage a team, but define the standards, build the systems, and establish the culture that drives sustainable growth. As our CEO transitions to a company-wide strategic focus, you will serve as the primary sales executive and a key partner to company leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead and inspire our sales team through 1-on-1 coaching, daily check-ins, weekly tactical meetings, and monthly strategic sessions
• Mentor and develop reps at every level, building a culture of continuous growth and accountability
• Run daily reports and use data-based decisions, catch gaps early, and keep performance on track
• Partner closely with marketing and finance to ensure lead quality, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy
• Set ambitious targets, build the playbooks to hit them, and push the team to exceed projections

What we're looking for

• 10\+ years of sales experience
• 5\+ years sales leadership experience
• 5\+ years in MCA or alternative financing industries
• Proven track record leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment
• A natural communicator — you earn respect quickly and know how to speak to a rep just as well as a boardroom
• Analytically minded — you live in the data, build reports, spot trends, and make data-based decisions
• Strong coaching instincts and experience developing talent

Pay: $150,000\.00 - $300,000\.00 per year
