Healthcare investment banking Analyst/Associate role - New York

We’re working with a leading global middle market investment bank based in New York. The platform has gone through tremendous growth over the past few years and is looking to continue the momentum. Their flagship healthcare team is now looking to add Analysts and Associates to help with execution of their deal flow. The roles are M\&A execution focused and would provide great exposure to the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of M\&A transactions, including financial modelling and valuation

• Preparation of client materials (pitchbooks, CIMs, board presentations)

• Managing diligence processes and coordinating with clients and counterparties

• Mentoring Analysts ( for Associates)

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in investment banking or M\&A advisory

• Healthcare sector experience is a benefit

• Strong technical skillset (LBO, DCF, merger models)

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
