SPACdeals.club

, One of its kind but unique AI-enabled deal-making platform focused on the U.S. capital markets ecosystem.

SPACdeals Club is a venture of Starterbites Ventures LLC, USA

SPACdeals.club is being developed as a subsidiary of a U.S.-based platform engaged in:

• SPAC Advisory \& Sponsor Structuring
• DeSPAC Target Pipeline Development
• Capital Markets Networking \& Deal Maker Events (NYC)
• Launch a SPAC and Technology-enabled deal flow initiatives

🌐 Role Overview

This is a

foundational leadership role

to build, scale, and position the platform within the SPAC and broader IPO ecosystem.

Key focus areas:

• Driving platform traction and revenue strategy
• Engaging sponsors, investors, and capital market participants
• Leading investor conversations and capital-raising initiatives (as applicable)
• Building partnerships across SPACs, private companies, and institutional networks
• Establishing SPACdeals.club as a recognized deal-making platform

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in SPACs, IPOs, or U.S. capital markets
• Experience in investor engagement and fundraising environments
• Established network across institutional participants
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and execution capability
• Based in or able to operate actively in New York
