What You’ll Do

• Drive execution of high-priority cross-functional programs across teams

• Build roadmaps, trackers, and operating cadences to ensure smooth execution

• Coordinate stakeholders, unblock dependencies, and solve operational bottlenecks

• Support strategic initiatives through research, problem-solving, and implementation

• Create visibility through updates, dashboards, and progress reporting

• Bring process discipline and structure into a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, consulting, founder’s office, or similar roles

• Strong ownership, execution ability, and comfort with ambiguity

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through

• Ability to structure problems, build plans, and independently drive outcomes

• Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of the larger business context
