1st Chair Solo Hospitalist APP – Carthage, NY

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a

primary solo provider

in a collaborative hospitalist program.

• Week-on/week-off or similar block scheduling available
• Manage admissions, rounding, and discharges independently
• Strong physician support with a collegial team environment
• Ideal for providers confident in autonomous decision-making

1st Chair Hospitalist APP – Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center (Ogdensburg, NY)

Join a well-established hospitalist team at a respected community hospital.

• Flexible block scheduling (7 on / 7 off preferred), 12-hour day shifts
• Primary responsibility for patient management and care coordination
• Opportunity to build strong patient relationships in a lower-volume setting
• Supportive leadership and long-term stability

2nd Chair Hospitalist APP – Massena, NY

This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in a team-based environment.

• Week-on/week-off schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Collaborate with a 1st chair provider on admissions, rounding, and cross-coverage
