Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.

• Conduct patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for documentation, support telehealth services, and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Provide triage, administer medications, and offer specialized services when applicable.
• Manage complex cases involving diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with proficiency in invasive procedures and diagnostic evaluation.
• Maintain clinical excellence, stay current with coding standards, and communicate effectively within healthcare teams.
