Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care across diverse medical settings.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utilize EHR systems, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Offer triage, discharge planning, case management, and support telehealth services.
• Maintain proficiency in coding, infection control, and specialized treatments such as neurological or cosmetic procedures.
• Experience in critical care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, or complex case management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with diverse clinical environments are essential.
