Compensation Analyst \| Hybrid \| Atlanta, GA

The Role
- Manage the compensation department inbox and maintain compensation data in HR systems.
- Conduct market research, evaluate jobs, and provide grading recommendations.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, short-term, and long-term incentives.
- Generate and analyze reports to support compensation operations and audits.
- Assist with testing compensation modules and ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide support and guidance on compensation-related policies and programs to HR teams.
What You'll Need
- 2\+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar HR administrator role.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data management, and foundational compensation practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
