The Role

• Manage the compensation department inbox and maintain compensation data in HR systems.

• Conduct market research, evaluate jobs, and provide grading recommendations.

• Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, short-term, and long-term incentives.

• Generate and analyze reports to support compensation operations and audits.

• Assist with testing compensation modules and ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

• Provide support and guidance on compensation-related policies and programs to HR teams.

What You'll Need

• 2\+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar HR administrator role.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data.

• Solid understanding of HR processes, data management, and foundational compensation practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
