Join LifeBridge Health as an HR Business Partner/Analyst to drive HR compliance initiatives, ensure data integrity, and play a pivotal role in shaping HR policies and corporate communications. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on employee relations and strategic HR partnerships.
The Role
- Lead HR compliance initiatives, including auditing, reporting, and data integrity
- Develop and update HR policies and spearhead corporate communications
- Partner with leaders and associates on HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations issues and implement retention programs
- Monitor employee culture, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement
What You'll Need
- 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in labor/employee relations
- Proven experience in HR compliance and data reporting
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and other formulas
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development
