Join LifeBridge Health as an HR Business Partner/Analyst to drive HR compliance initiatives, ensure data integrity, and play a pivotal role in shaping HR policies and corporate communications. The Role

• Lead HR compliance initiatives, including auditing, reporting, and data integrity

• Develop and update HR policies and spearhead corporate communications

• Partner with leaders and associates on HR policies, procedures, and regulations

• Provide expert consultation on employee relations issues and implement retention programs

• Monitor employee culture, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement

What You'll Need

• 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in labor/employee relations

• Proven experience in HR compliance and data reporting

• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and other formulas

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development
