We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven
HR Analyst / People Analytics
professional to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to understand workforce trends, improve employee experience, and support strategic HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and workforce data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, hiring, performance, and engagement.
- Support workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives.
- Identify trends and patterns in employee data to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Work with HR and business teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support compensation, benefits, and performance analytics where required.
- Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of people analytics tools and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 0โ3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) and HR processes.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A curious and data-driven mindset with interest in HR trends.
