We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven

HR Analyst / People Analytics

professional to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to understand workforce trends, improve employee experience, and support strategic HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and workforce data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, hiring, performance, and engagement.
  • Support workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives.
  • Identify trends and patterns in employee data to support HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist in measuring the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Work with HR and business teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and performance analytics where required.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of people analytics tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0โ€“3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) and HR processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A curious and data-driven mindset with interest in HR trends.
