Be the Best HR Business Partner Manager You Can Be
The HRBP Manager provides operational depth, ER escalation support, and leadership continuity for HR Directors. Dedicated subject matter expert for employee relations, compliance, and investigations. Promotes an organizational culture of teamwork, high quality service, transparency, accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness. The HRBP Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, playing a key role in partnering with our HR centers of excellence. Work closely with HRVP and Sr. HRD’s to execute retention strategies supporting all aspects of the business functions.
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred with a minimum of three years of experience (applicable Generalist experience must include Employee Relations, Compensation, Wage and Hour, State and Federal labor laws)
- At least 3 years HR Generalist experience with a solid track record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in business processes, effectiveness, and leadership development.
+ Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a multi-state/distributive organization.
+ Proven experience serving in both high-impact and operational HR roles.
Responsibilities:
As a HR Business Partner Manager, you will:
- Provide day‑to‑day HR partnership and coaching for mid‑management leaders (Manager-Director level)
- Serve as lead support for escalated employee relations matters
- Lead and support investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and retaliation
- Provide performance management guidance, including corrective action and performance improvement strategies
- Interpret policies and ensure fair, consistent practices aligned with legal and compliance requirements
- Partner with HR Legal, Ethics, and Compliance on high‑risk or complex cases
- Analyze ER trends to proactively identify risks and recommend prevention strategies

- Hardware asset management accreditation (CHAMP, CSAM and CITAD preferred or equivalent).
- ITIL version 3 accreditation.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Solid Understanding of:

- Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS a plus
- Android OS, iOS
- Intune
- ITIL Service Management through Service Now
