We are looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage core HR functions and ensure smooth people operations across the organisation.
Role Overview
This is not a coordination role. We are looking for an HR professional who can take ownership of HR operations, drive recruitment, ensure compliance, manage employee records, monitor performance processes, and maintain organisational discipline with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organisation.
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining hiring quality.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage joining, confirmation, transfers, and separation processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit records.
Attendance, Leave \& Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee regularization requests.
- Maintain accurate HRMS records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data with finance/accounts teams.
- Ensure the timely resolution of employee queries regarding attendance and leave.
Performance Management
- Track employee performance review cycles.
- Follow up on appraisal timelines and documentation.
- Maintain performance records and support leadership with performance data.
- Assist in implementing performance improvement initiatives where required.
Compliance \& HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR policies and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for HR-related compliance matters.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
Employee Relations \& Culture
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Promote discipline, accountability, and workplace professionalism.
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Work closely with founders to strengthen a high-performance work environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time-to-hire and vacancy closure rates.
- Recruitment quality and retention of new hires.
- Employee onboarding completion and documentation accuracy.
- Leave, attendance, and payroll accuracy.
- Compliance adherence and audit readiness.
- Performance review completion rates.
- Employee record accuracy and HR process efficiency.
Qualifications \& Experience
- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Experience managing recruitment and HR operations independently.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
