Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Generalist ready to join a dynamic, high-growth environment? We're hiring an

HR Generalist in Plano, TX

to support our multi-state workforce across recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management.

About the Role

As our HR Generalist, you'll partner directly with our HR Manager and operational leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience from day one through every stage of the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on generalist role - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex HR challenges, and takes pride in both the big-picture strategy and the behind-the-scenes details.

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding

\& Employee Lifecycle:

Lead new hire onboarding, ensuring a compliant and welcoming experience. Process lifecycle changes -promotions, transfers, and terminations - accurately in the HRIS.

  • Employee

Relations \& Performance Management:

Proactively address employee concerns, track performance documentation, and coach supervisors on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

  • HR

Compliance \& Audits:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law across multiple states. Support internal audits and lead rollout of new HR programs and policies.

What You Bring

  • 3\+

years of progressive HR Generalist experience

, including hands-on work in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management

  • Experience in

multi-state HR environments

; background in facilities, logistics, or field operations is a strong plus

  • Proficiency with

HRIS and ATS platforms

Paylocity experience preferred

  • Comfortable with

Google Workspace

and electronic signature tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate training and navigate difficult conversations
  • Bilingual

in Spanish

strongly preferred

  • SHRM-CP

or PHR certification

highly preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred

Location \& Schedule

This is a

hybrid HR Generalist role based in 5700 Granite Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024

  • 3 days per week in office. Approximately 10% travel required.
