Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑driven
HR Generalist
who enjoys building structure, supporting leaders, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position blends hands‑on HR work with general office administration and supports both full‑time staff and a large rotating team of field employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate benefit administration processes including enrollment updates, terminations, and required compliance documentation.
- Manage leave tracking, record retention, unemployment correspondence, and other employee‑related documentation.
- Partner with recruiting to execute onboarding and offboarding for both office and field employees.
- Maintain organized and confidential personnel files, certifications, and compliance‑related records.
- Complete employment verifications promptly and accurately.
- Assist in HR audits, periodic reporting, and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Oversee basic office operations including supplies, equipment coordination, mail handling, and workspace organization.
- Provide administrative support to operational and department leaders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5\+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Additional Details
- Salary:
$70,000-$90,000, depending on experience
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Location:
On‑site in Fridley
