The
Horizons Program
is a paid apprenticeship that prepares early-career or transitioning professionals for HR technology, HRIS team or consulting roles to help customers maximize their operations and employee experience with Workday.
We start with 12 weeks of remote training focused on:
- HR fundamentals and Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Data analysis \& reporting
- Internal consulting \& communication skills
After training, you’ll be placed with a client to apply your skills on real-world projects — with the potential for full-time employment.
As an Associate, You will:

Requirements:
- Based in the continental U.S. (excluding CA, WA, NY)
- Completed Bachelor’s degree and not currently enrolled in a higher education program
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Salary \& Benefits:
- $45K during training period → $60K upon potential client placement
