Job Description

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support the day-to-day management of our Dayforce platform, a key tool for managing human resources, talent, and payroll within our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the functional administration of the system, user support, data quality maintenance, and the continuous optimization of processes based on organizational needs.

The position also includes a significant operational transaction component, representing approximately 30% of the role, including the entry, update, and tracking of employee movements in the system. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by providing a human-centered approach aligned with the high customer service standards recognized at Eddyfi Technologies.

As HRIS Analyst, you must be able to

System Administration And User Support

  • Ensure the daily administration of the Dayforce platform for activities related to human resources, talent, and payroll.
  • Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support to users in order to resolve system-related questions or incidents.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update user guides, procedures, and support documentation.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and confidentiality of data entered into the system.
  • Participate in the analysis and resolution of functional issues in collaboration with the relevant teams.

HR Operational Transactions – 30%:

  • Perform the entry and update of HR transactions in Dayforce, SAP, and SAP Concur, including hires, terminations, internal movements, changes in position, status, compensation, or organizational structure.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system and perform the required validations before processing.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure proper follow-up of transactions and correct discrepancies when needed.
  • Meet processing deadlines and contribute to the smooth flow of HR administrative operations.
  • Participate in the improvement and standardization of transactional processes.

Assistance In System Management

  • Assist with the configuration of Dayforce modules according to business needs and HR team priorities.
  • Participate in testing related to system enhancements, fixes, or adjustments.
  • Monitor software updates and version changes in collaboration with the IT team or system owner.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Work closely with the HR team, payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure the effective operation of the system.
  • Communicate relevant information to users regarding changes, updates, or best practices related to the system.
  • Act as a support partner to internal stakeholders in order to foster a positive user experience.

What makes you an asset to our team

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a role related to HR support, HR systems administration, or HR transaction processing.
  • Experience with an HRIS, ideally Dayforce or an equivalent system.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee movements, and interactions with payroll.
  • Ability to carry out administrative and transactional tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
  • Ability to provide high-quality support and guide users effectively. Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems in a structured manner.
  • Team spirit, proactivity, and service-oriented approach.
  • Discretion and respect for data confidentiality.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
