About the Opportunity:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The role focuses on key Human Resources areas such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and security. This position ensures seamless integration across internal and external systems, manages EIBs and reporting functionality, and leads projects to enhance Workday''s effectiveness in meeting business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, optimize, and maintain the Workday HCM system to support HR processes.
- Ensure integration between Workday and other systems using EIBs to optimize data flow.
- Lead and support Workday projects, managing system testing and deployment strategies.
- Provide end-user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials.
- Develop and maintain HR and payroll reports within Workday, customizing reports and dashboards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality and workflows.
- Maintain security protocols and access levels to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and workflows.
- Review system release notes to stay informed on updates and provide guidance on enhancements.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Workday integrations, EIBs, and reporting.
- Strong skills in data analysis, research, problem-solving, and system testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Four or more years of experience administering Workday HR modules covering the employee lifecycle, including configuration and security.
- Four or more years of experience supporting HR and payroll processes within Workday.
