HRIS Scrum Master

A Leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced HRIS Scrum Master with JIRA administration experience to ensure smooth Workday enhancements. The role is NYC-based with hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will have 5\+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator and strong Workday knowledge.

• 125-140K base salary plus bonus

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 4\+ years experience as Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator
• Strong HRIS knowledge including Workday
• Strong project management skills

Preferences:

• Prior experience working for large global firm
• Prior experience working in financial services
• Experience with HRIS configurations
