HRIS Systems Analyst (Workday)
This position supports the organization’s HR technology environment with a focus on Workday. The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to enhance functionality, support daily operations, and deliver system improvements across a global user base.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary functional resource for Workday HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
Maintain configurations, security, and business processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support enhancements and releases from design through deployment
Manage system changes using structured governance and testing practices
Coordinate with external payroll providers and benefit carriers to maintain connectivity and data accuracy
Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and integration discrepancies
Review interfaces and perform reconciliations
Execute system improvement initiatives and small projects
Provide user guidance, training, and documentation
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usage
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
3\+ years supporting Workday in an HRIS environment
Experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits
Background in configuration, testing, and ongoing HR systems support
Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to work onsite
