Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
  • Oversee employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to support continuous development and recognition efforts.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms like ADP or Paychex.
  • Ensure compliance with employment \& labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements by maintaining accurate records and conducting audits.
  • Facilitate change management projects and organization design efforts to optimize workforce structure and operational efficiency.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Support HRIS data entry, data collection, and reporting using systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, and workforce management strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos or UltiPro; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
