Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist - Recruitment and Retention Focus is responsible for supporting the HR Director in all facets of talent acquisition and employee engagement within the organization. This role will actively manage full cycle recruitment, including sourcing interviewing and on boarding new hires as well as developing and implementing retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, and reduce turnover.

Education \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
• At least two years’ professional experience in human resources is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
