The Role

We are seeking a

Hands-on HR Professional

for a high-visibility role within a premier global medical company. This position offers extensive corporate exposure, bridging the gap between tactical execution and high-level strategy. You will align HR initiatives with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Tactical \& Strategic:

Manage HRIS and interview scheduling while leading

HR AI implementations

and process automation.

Business Partnership:

Act as a business-minded consultant to ensure HR supports the company’s $800M scale.

Operational Excellence:

Use a proactive, organized system to manage diverse tasks and stakeholder needs.

Culture:

Drive a creative, collaborative, and high-energy workplace through strong communication.

Requirements

Experience:

5\+ years in HR (Background as an

HR Analyst

a plus).

Mindset:

Proactive, extroverted, and tech-forward; comfortable with both data and people.

Capabilities:

Skilled in balancing operational "in-the-weeds" work with strategic, long-term planning.

Tech Savvy:

Passionate about leveraging AI and modern tools to scale HR functions.
