Human Resources Generalist
We're working with a global leader in sustainable packaging and high-tech manufacturing on this exciting opportunity.
Are you ready to be the culture catalyst for a massive manufacturing site? We are looking for a high-energy HR Generalist to lead the employee engagement roadmap, leveraging Workday and advanced Excel data analytics to create an unbeatable workplace experience. This isn't a "desk job"—you'll be the face of the organization on the production floor, driving retention and professional development for a diverse workforce.
The Role
- Partner with Site Leadership to design and execute a comprehensive Associate engagement strategy and culture roadmap.
- Own the full employment lifecycle within Workday, managing everything from high-impact onboarding to internal promotions and career pathing.
- Act as a strategic coach and champion for manufacturing leaders, providing them with the communication tools needed to foster healthy team dynamics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure program efficacy, tracking retention metrics and engagement KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Lead the execution of site-wide recognition programs, morale-boosting events, and community-focused initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical proficiency in Workday HCM and advanced Excel functionality (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for workforce analytics.
- Proven experience in employee relations, engagement strategy, and full-cycle talent management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A "boots-on-the-ground" mentality with the desire to be visible and active on the manufacturing floor daily.
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary range ($55k - $70k) with a robust 401(k) match and profit-sharing features.
- Full-spectrum wellness package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and unique perks like Pet Insurance and Care.com access.
- Generous PTO (80 hours in Year 1) plus paid company holidays and tuition assistance for your continued growth.
- The chance to make a tangible impact on hundreds of lives within a stable, global industry leader.
