HR Generalist

. This isn't just an admin role—you are the "engine" of the HR department, ensuring that the entire employee lifecycle runs with precision and compliance.

The Highlights

HR Generalist (Full-Time, Exempt)

  • Location:

Hybrid (On-site presence required at the home office)

  • Primary Tool:

ADP Workforce Now (Mastery is required)

  • Environment:

Clinical Services / Healthcare

What You’ll Be Doing

You will own the day-to-day HR operations, focusing on accuracy, automation, and compliance:

  • HRIS Management:

Act as the ADP WFN "Super User," managing security profiles, workflow routing, and complex data reporting.

  • Benefits \& 401k:

Lead health and welfare administration, reconcile billing, and manage the 401k portal and year-end testing.

  • Leave \& Compliance:

Own the end-to-end FMLA/ADA process and ensure zero-gap compliance for clinical credentials (OIG, TB testing, etc.).

  • Infrastructure:

Author and update the Employee Handbook and build a standardized library of HR forms to streamline the "hire-to-retire" workflow.

  • Employee Relations:

Manage formal grievances, neutral investigations, and state-specific offboarding/final pay compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

3–5 years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Manager or HR Specialist role.

  • Industry Background:

Prior experience in clinical, healthcare, social services, or multi-site environments is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

Mandatory mastery of ADP Workforce Now.

You must be comfortable building complex reports and optimizing system tables.

  • Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, and DOL regulations.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.

  • Certification:

PHR or SHRM-CP is a major plus.
