About the Opportunity

A growing and highly respected wealth management organization is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a dynamic, people-focused environment. The role will provide broad exposure across core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, compliance, and organizational growth projects. This position will also play a meaningful role in supporting merger and acquisition activity, including onboarding, integration, and change management efforts.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key member of the HR team, partnering with leadership and employees across the organization to support a positive and high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple business functions
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, coaching, and performance management
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Support compensation, benefits administration, and annual review processes
  • Help manage HR systems, reporting, and employee data accuracy
  • Participate in M\&A activity, including due diligence, employee transitions, and post-acquisition integration efforts
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
  • Assist with training, professional development, and internal communication efforts
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Experience supporting M\&A activity, integrations, or organizational change initiatives preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification a plus
