We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people, culture, and helping organizations grow. What You'll Do

As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the talented people who drive Revology's success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new team members
  • Creating exceptional onboarding and employee experiences that set employees up for success
  • Serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
  • Supporting performance management, employee development, engagement initiatives, and training programs
  • Coordinating benefits administration and employee communications
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation

What You

BringRequired Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2\+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations
  • Manufacturing and/or automotive industry experience
