100% ONSITE IN BOISE, ID – HR GENERALIST – DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a well-established and growing organization in their search for a skilled
HR Generalist
to join their Human Resources team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This position will be located 100% onsite at our client’s facility in Boise, ID (no hybrid or remote flexibility available).
In this role, candidates will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions while supporting daily operations within a dynamic and transforming business segment. This individual will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR compliance, reporting, and employee relations support. Essential Job Duties:
- Manage recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary roles, with a strong focus on operations staffing aligned to workforce plans
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support job postings, interviews, candidate evaluations, temp conversions, and pre-boarding activities.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, including conducting new hire orientations and delivering an exceptional first-day experience.
- Complete administrative HR tasks related to onboarding, terminations, and exit interviews while ensuring HRIS data accuracy and compliance.
- Administer HR programs and procedures and assist in interpreting, developing, and implementing company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers and supervisors regarding HR programs, policies, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Process employment verifications and support unemployment claims administration.
- Contribute to departmental goal setting and support performance management initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage and maintain confidential employee records accurately.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- 3\+ years of HR Generalist experience required (within distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial HIGHLY preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, resourceful mindset, and ability to work independently within a supportive HR team.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Experience with Dayforce HRIS strongly preferred.
Position Benefits, Pay, \& Schedule:
- Salary range aligned to internal banding structure (median salary approximately $78,500 annually; final offer dependent on experience level).
- Schedule is Monday to Friday – standard business hours – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- 100% onsite in Boise, ID – no hybrid or remote flexibility.
