Job Description
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria, create job requisitions, and manage internal/external postings.
- Analyze headcount, turnover, and HR metrics; recommend policy and procedural improvements.
- Administer HR workflows including promotions, transfers, terminations, salary changes, and performance appraisals in HRIS.
- Oversee salary administration, annual performance reviews, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relocation processes in coordination with global HR and Compensation teams.
- Direct employee development and training initiatives aligned with operational goals.
- Support employee relations, volunteer programs, safety initiatives, and corporate policies.
- Maintain employment records and represent the company in workers’ compensation, unemployment, legal, and community matters.
- Supervise HR staff; requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7\+ years of HR experience, leadership skills, HR systems knowledge (ADP/SuccessFactors preferred), and strong communication and analytical abilities.
