Human Resources Manager

A professional services organization seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment and HR operations.
• Lead performance reviews and support compensation planning.
• Guide managers through sensitive employee matters.
• Maintain policies and ensure compliance with New Jersey and federal employment requirements.

Ideal background:

• 5\+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2\+ years as an HR Manager or lead generalist.
• Strong working knowledge of New Jersey employment law.
• Hands-on experience with benefits, performance management, compensation and employee relations.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and communication skills.
• Professional services experience and HR certification are a plus.
