Job Description
We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and strategic
HR Manager
to lead the Human Resources function for a large, growing manufacturing facility in a non-union environment. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on HR professional who can build strong partnerships across the organization, support operational goals, and help elevate the credibility and effectiveness of the HR function. This position will work onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, there is no remote work offered. Relocation assistance is available for candidates residing outside of the area.
The ideal candidate will be a strong change agent with the ability to influence leaders, drive positive organizational change, and foster a culture of accountability, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted business partner to Operations leadership to support workforce and business needs
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Rebuild credibility, trust, and engagement within the HR function in an employee-first workplace
- Provide leadership in recruiting/retention, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, communication, and employee support
- Coach leaders and managers on people-related strategies and challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 total years of progressive Human Resources experience including at least 5 years of HR Manager level experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting large workforce population of at least 500 employees with multi-site experience being a big plus
- Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives and influencing organizational culture
- Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred
