Are you a high-impact HR leader ready to shape the culture of a major distribution hub? We are looking for a strategic Manager of Human Resources to drive talent development, employee engagement, and operational excellence. You will partner with senior leadership to implement core HR processes like performance management and total rewards while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.

The Role

• Lead the execution of core HR processes including talent management, compensation planning, and professional development programs.
• Act as a strategic coach to leaders and associates, providing expert guidance on policy, procedure, and specialized HR initiatives.
• Drive labor relations excellence by overseeing complex investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Partner with the HRBP to spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives that attract and retain top-tier industry talent.
• Manage the HR department budget and oversee the interactive process for transitional return-to-work programs.

What You'll Need

• 5\+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, ideally within a fast-paced distribution or industrial environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leading HR teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Deep technical mastery of employment laws including ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and Sexual Harassment regulations.
• Experience collaborating with legal counsel, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and senior executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are a significant plus.
