The Role

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent.

• Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on various HR-related matters.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR management experience, ideally with 200\+ employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; certifications are a plus.

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities to navigate complex HR issues.

• Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills for effective communication at all levels.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development.
