Job Description
Acquisition Management
- Serve as the primary HR project manager for acquisitions, overseeing all people-related integration activities.
- Manage integration timelines, communication plans, and ongoing issue resolution.
Business Partnership
- Consult with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Deliver proactive solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Employee Relations
- Lead investigations, conflict resolution efforts, and performance-related interventions.
- Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices to support a healthy work environment.
Change Management \& Training
- Develop and facilitate change management training programs with a focus on acquisition-related transitions.
- Collaborate with integration teams to equip employees with the tools needed to navigate organizational shifts.
