About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Hybrid Mobile App Developer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modern front-end and mobile development frameworks, particularly ReactJS and Flutter, along with a passion for building high-performance, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Ionic
• Experience in Java, Kotlin
• Build responsive and interactive web/mobile interfaces using ReactJS
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to define and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Proven experience with ReactJS and Flutter
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6\+), Dart, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Provider, Riverpod)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integration
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
• Basic understanding of backend technologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates based in Kolkata are preferred (not mandatory)
• Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience with mobile app publishing (Google Play Store / Apple App Store)
