Job summary

To support multiple small to large sized projects in the EMEA Region The ideal candidate will have successfully led multidisciplinary inhouse and vendor teams across multiple technologies and in different time zones They will relish working in a fast paced business change environment that requires constant attention to prioritization and impeccable communication skills

About the role

As a BA, responsible for requirement gathering and documentation

Interacting with the Business teams for requirement specification fora software system containing complete description of the behavior of the system to be developed and the enhancements that need to be added to the present system.

Requirement analysis of the specification provided and Understand the specification to be able to articulate into simpler and read able version, Experience managing projects in commercial domain Salesforce ecommerce is needed

Lead prioritisation of competing requirements and projects with business and IT stakeholders, Communicate with business partners as conduit to IT, Support articulation of business processes that inform technical solutions,Lead Subject resource and schedule implications of business decisions

Work with technical leads to determine project timing and resourcing requirements. Set project scope priorities milestones and deliverable schedules

Skills and experience

Efficient in Requirement Gathering and documenting

Effective documentation and help the development teams for domain understanding

Lead cross functional project teams via project methodology Agile Hybrid optimized for required deliverables

Person should have excellent communication skills excellent stakeholder management

Person must have experience managing projects using traditional waterfall as well as scrum

Experience managing projects in commercial domain Salesforce ecommerce is needed

Matter Experts SMEs and technical resources in requirements definition

Understand technical Experience managing projects in commercial domain Salesforce ecommerce is needed

Lead prioritisation of competing requirements and projects with business and IT stakeholders

Lead Subject resource and schedule implications of business decisions

Work with technical leads to determine project timing and resourcing requirements

Present to IT business function and executive steering committees

Monitor execution and report status risks and issues

Required Qualifications Experience

The successful candidate will have

Experience project managing ecommerce or SalesForce implementations

Experience with Agile Waterfall and hybrid methodologies

Experience with enterprise level application projects and working with multidiscipline teams

Strong ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix Organisation

Strong strategic thinking skills understanding business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team

Experience of understanding business and technical activities to conduct Level of Effort analyses by bottom up planning

10 years of experience in an IT technical Business Analyst or enterprise applications project management role
