, ETL/ELT development, and data integration. The candidate should possess strong SQL skills, experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and a solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management. Experience in designing scalable data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, performance tuning, and supporting Agile delivery teams is highly desirable. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality data

Senior Consultant

, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based data integration solutions using

Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

. You will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality data integration solutions

Key skills required:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC services such as Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Data Quality (CDQ)
• Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premise systems
• Develop plex mappings, workflows, task flows, and transformations for enterprise data integration
• Enable real-time, batch, and API-driven integrations using REST/SOAP and event-based patterns
• Define data integration architecture and enterprise data models, ensuring scalability and performance
• Lead design and implementation of MDM solutions (Customer 360, Business 360, Reference 360) on IDMC
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable ponents for IDMC implementations
• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including hybrid data integration strategies
• Implement data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and validation processes across IDMC pipelines
• Ensure Compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Monitor and improve data accuracy, lineage, and metadata management
• Optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot plex data integration issues, production failures, and performance bottlenecks
• Manage Secure Agents, runtime environments, and connectivity across hybrid ecosystems
• Provide L2/L3 support and ensure adherence to SLAs for critical data systems
• Integrate IDMC with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, and data lakes
• Develop API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, and syndication mechanisms
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data warehouses
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior engineers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solution
• Drive Agile delivery, SDLC processes, and documentation standards

Key Skills \&Competencies

• Informatica IDMC / IICS
• CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS (Business 360, Customer 360)
• ETL/ELT development, data pipelines, and data modelling
• SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell)
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts
• CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices
• 8\+ years in Data Engineering / Integration / MDM
• 4–6\+ years of hands-on IDMC experience
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale data integration and cloud transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

B. E , B. Tech , M.E , MTech

Success Metrics

• Informatica IDMC or MDM certifications
• Experience in cloud migration programs or hybrid architectures
• Exposure to real-time streaming or event-driven architectures
