IELTS Preparation Teacher

We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of the IELTS exam who can help students achieve their target scores.

Evening hours are our most in-demand time slots, based on Armenia Standard Time (AMT, UTC\+4).

Responsibilities

1. Prepare students for the IELTS Academic/General exam
2. Teach effective exam strategies and time-management techniques
3. Offer constructive and timely feedback on students' progress, highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement
4. Keep accurate records of student attendance and track their completion of assigned tasks
5. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation
6. Attend teacher training conferences, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and methodologies

Requirements

1. Strong command of English, both written and spoken (Cambridge C1 Certificate, IELTS equivalent, or higher)
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Linguistics
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in preparing students for the IELTS exam
4. Proficiency in online teaching tools
5. Experience using AI tools like Claude for lesson planning is a plus
6. Teacher certifications such as TKT, TEFL, CELTA, or DELTA
