IFS Business Analyst

Must have either 5 years with SAP in manufacturing or have experience working with IFS ERP

Must-Haves:

• Strong Business Analyst experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems (preferred: IFS; open to SAP or similar manufacturing ERPs)
• Proven BA experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with routing, inventory management, and data analysis
• Strong ability to gather, document, and manage functional requirements
• Experience performing process analysis and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers
• Strong communication skills with management and business-side stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, depending on project needs

Plusses:

• 5\+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Experience or exposure to steel manufacturing
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience using work management / ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, GitHub Projects)
