As part of a multidisciplinary founding team, you will work alongside experts in protein science and oncology to help bring our first candidates from concept to clinic.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our

In Vivo

Pharmacology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of in vivo PK/PD and efficacy studies in mouse tumor models for the discovery of novel radiotherapeutic agents. This role offers an exciting opportunity in advancing our innovative pipeline of targeted radiotherapies designed to revolutionize cancer treatment. This position is on-site bench and vivarium based.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree in Biological Science or a related field with 8\+ years’ experience; Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or a related field with 5\+ years’ experience, or a Master’s degree with 3\+ years of experience.
  • Excellent hands-on

in-vivo

rodent skills, including IV (tail-vein), IP, and PO dosing, tumor model development, tumor volume measurement and blood/tissue collection

  • Proven expertise in preclinical biodistribution and efficacy assessments using ex vivo biodistribution, and related techniques
  • Experience in the evaluation and development of radiopharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
  • Proactive and flexible, with ability to manage multiple projects/studies at any given time, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with laboratory animals, radioactive materials, and chemicals in compliance with applicable safety standards
  • Wear required PPE including gloves, lab coat and eye/face protection
  • Maintain thorough and detailed records of experimental procedures and results using electronic laboratory notebooks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory-based animal work, including dosing via multiple routes, tumor model establishment, necropsies and routine health monitoring of small laboratory animals.
  • Design, execute, and interpret

in vivo

studies to evaluate the activity and therapeutic potential of radioligand candidates, and communicate findings through high-quality documentation and presentations

  • Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory protocols and safety procedures in alignment with regulatory, ethical, and radiation-protection standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to ionizing radiation safety protocols and internal guidelines for handling radioactive materials; promote a regulatory compliance culture.
  • Accurately document experiments and maintain electronic lab notebooks (Benchling) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all studies comply with IACUC requirements, applicable SOPs, and animal welfare and handling regulations
  • Participate in dosing and monitoring rotations, including occasional evening or weekend work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ex vivo autoradiography tissue processing is a plus
  • Proficiency with bio-tools such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, and Benchling.
  • Strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet schedules and timelines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present effectively to teams.
