About the Role

Qulture is hiring an

Influencer \& Social Media Coordinator

to support social media strategy, influencer activations, creator campaign execution, content planning, performance reporting, and trend-driven ideation.

This role is a blend of creative thinking and analytical insight. The right person understands social platforms, creator culture, beauty and fragrance trends, and how to turn performance data into smarter campaign ideas.

They will work closely with the Social Media \& Influencer Manager and broader internal teams to support both local and international brand accounts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a strong point of view on creators and content, and is excited to bring a fresh lens to a collaborative agency team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Build client-ready content calendars with asset allocation, captions, tagging recommendations, cadence, and thematic frameworks.
  • Write platform-native caption copy with hashtag and tagging strategy.
  • Source, vet, and organize UGC for brand channels.
  • Manage community activity across designated channels while maintaining brand voice.
  • Monitor social channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and cultural moments.
  • Support influencer and creator activations from casting and briefing through approvals, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist with creator vetting, audience quality review, engagement authenticity, brand safety, and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Help develop creator briefs, campaign guidelines, mood boards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Review performance data, social analytics, and campaign reporting to identify what content is working and why.
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute fresh campaign concepts across assigned accounts.
  • Explore AI tools, social listening tools, and workflow improvements that can help streamline social and influencer operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of relevant social media, influencer marketing, creator campaign, or agency experience.
  • Experience with beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or culturally driven consumer brands preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest across organic and paid media.
  • Knowledge of influencer campaign workflows, including creator briefs, casting, approvals, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Strong writing skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to brand voice.
  • Ability to balance creative concepting with performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Rival IQ, Facebook Business Suite, Modash, Trello, Excel, Outlook, and Keynote.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Notion, with curiosity about how AI can improve influencer and social workflows.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, diplomatic, and confident in both internal and client-facing conversations.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through, urgency, and commitment to excellent work.

Work Environment

This is a

fully remote, full-time

role working EST hours. The team operates in a highly collaborative agency environment, so candidates should be comfortable balancing independent execution with frequent communication across internal teams and clients.

Compensation \& Benefits

  • Salary:

$55,000–$65,000 annually

  • Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days.
  • Vacation eligibility is based on tenure and backdated to the employee’s start date after the initial eligibility period.
  • A laptop and access to company software may be provided.
