Information Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple IT initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and organizational policies
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations, if applicable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5\+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience managing software development or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
