Job Summary

We are seeking an Instanda Business Analyst with strong experience in insurance platforms and business analysis. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of Instanda-based solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Instanda-based implementations.
• Map current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct requirement workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Perform process mapping and workflow analysis to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 2\+ years of hands-on experience working with the Instanda platform.
• Strong domain knowledge in Property \& Casualty (P\&C) insurance.
• Understanding of reinsurance and workers’ compensation processes.
• Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
• Experience conducting requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong skills in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US-based clients.
