Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer

to create engaging, interactive learning experiences that support employee development across a global organization. This role is highly focused on hands-on content development using Articulate 360, collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, and administration of learning content within SuccessFactors LMS.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building modern eLearning solutions, developing learner-centered content, and contributing to enterprise learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and organize instructional content
  • Create interactive learning experiences aligned with learning objectives and business needs
  • Upload, maintain, and manage courses and curricula within SuccessFactors LMS
  • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across devices and platforms
  • Review and update course content based on stakeholder and learner feedback
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and content governance standards
  • Support multimedia integration including graphics, video, audio, and interactive learning components

Required Qualifications

  • Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
  • Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
  • Experience collaborating directly with SMEs
  • Strong writing, communication, and content development skills
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting learning content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate training content development experience
  • Experience developing content for Manufacturing, Operations, HR, IT, Finance, or similar business functions
  • Experience with multimedia and interactive learning development
  • SuccessFactors LMS experience
