- ss.Research on instructional design mythologies, trends, tools, and training technolog
- iesDesign and develop curriculum and instructional material using existing and utilizing emergingtechnologies such as: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Artificial Intelligence (A
- I).Design and develop assessments and other evaluation instruments on Structured tests, quizzes,interviews, and surveys for training progra
- ms.Collaborate with subject-matter experts, proponents, vendors, and teaching and technical staff to pilot,implement, and evaluate curricula and delivery methodologies in training cente
- rs.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for training delivery staff to ensure that all learning and assessmentmaterial is used effective
- ly.Plan, monitor, and report on the development and execution of curriculum development, evaluation,training technology selection, and deployment projec

- d a:Bachelor of Arts or Science in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or aTechnical/Trade/Vocational discipline from an accredited univers
- ity.Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in Instructional Design, Teaching, or VocationalTrain
- ing.Ability to demonstrate experience in instructional design, including the development of classroom-basedlearning, e-learning, m-learning and blended learning solutions for a technical workfo
rce.
