• I).Design and develop assessments and other evaluation instruments on Structured tests, quizzes,interviews, and surveys for training progra
• ms.Collaborate with subject-matter experts, proponents, vendors, and teaching and technical staff to pilot,implement, and evaluate curricula and delivery methodologies in training cente
• rs.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for training delivery staff to ensure that all learning and assessmentmaterial is used effective

• ity.Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in Instructional Design, Teaching, or VocationalTrain
• ing.Ability to demonstrate experience in instructional design, including the development of classroom-basedlearning, e-learning, m-learning and blended learning solutions for a technical workfo
