The Bunny Hive is a social club for little ones and their grownups, ages newborn to pre-k. We provide a range of engaging "grownup and me" classes and social events, where children can learn through play while grownups bond with their little ones and connect with new friends. Our beautiful and thoughtfully designed environment sets us apart as a special haven for families. Regional Studio Owner Allie Felix is bringing 3 locations of this fast-growing franchise to the community, including Odessa and now South Tampa.

Now Hiring:

As a teacher, you will be leading children age 0 to 5 years, and their parents, in a variety of classes including art, sensory storytime, music, ballet, culinary exploration, and more.Prior experience teaching these subjects isn’t required, we just ask that you have a willingness to learn, a love for children, and the confidence to be outgoing, sociable, and silly. Beyond teaching, you'll facilitate connection amongst members and deliver top-level service and experiences, making every family feel at home. This is a full-time salaried role with potential opportunity for professional advancement across the team into Studio Manager, Studio Director, or Regional Director roles. The Bunny Hive provides a comprehensive curriculum and paid training period.

What You’ll Bring to Life:

• Execute 30-minute classes from The Bunny Hive curriculum in the subjects such as sensory, culinary, music, and more through provided curriculum training
• Collaborate on curriculum refinement, special seasonal classes and events, and enriching our community experience
• Provide excellent client service to families by developing personable and professional relationships with clients, checking families in and out for classes, and answering questions with speed and professionalism
• Foster a nurturing space where families form lasting friendships
• Ensure our beautiful space stays clean and ready for each class

Our Ideal Team Member Has:

• Background in theater or dance, nanny experience, youth enrichment, or experience teaching preschool age children and younger
• A naturally warm presence, extremely reliable, and a dedicated approach to work
• The gift of connecting meaningfully with both children and their grown-ups
• An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help continuously improve The Bunny Hive experience beyond expectations
• Ability to be on feet, sitting on the floor, and getting up and down comfortably for extended periods of time while leading classes and activities
• Ability to lift 15\+ pounds to organize studio supplies and packages
• Reliable transportation and great care for timeliness

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 9am-5pm Monday - Friday with availability to work at least one weekend per month.

Compensation:

$42,000 starting salary with growth potential, including opportunities for advancement and commensurate salary increases. Paid time off and holidays, aid sick days, health reimbursement stipend, and professional development budget provided to full-time employees.
